Technical Support Engineer

Airlink101® is a fast growing company in Networking and Multimedia industry. We are seeking a self-motivated, intelligent, polite, and courteous individual to support our customers.

 
  • Responsibilities:
  •  
  • Provide technical support to Airlink101® customers.
  • Track technical problems and report issues to Engineers to solve problem.
  • Candidate will resolve customer problems via the telephone, WEB, E-mail, Chat and be responsible for addressing customer technical issues through the use of technical expertise, knowledge base, and any tools which provide for the customer's success. Will initiate, track, and resolve customer's technical issues and address them immediately or escalate the case to the appropriate level of support. Will partner with other technical staff members in support of various processes of the case management cycle and other functions that may be assigned.

  • Requirements:
  •  
  • High school or BS degree.
  • 2-5 years experience in network products (networking, router, wireless, etc) testing, installation, support.
  • Must be able to politely support potential angry customers.
  • CCNA is a plus. Any networking experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of Airlink101® Networking products.
  • Candidate must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, a problem solver, and able to generalize and handle ambiguity. Candidate's interpersonal skills include independence, team player, adaptive, personable, self confidence and the ability to manage stress. Candidate should be self-motivated, a self-learner, customer oriented, resourceful, enthusiastic and welcomes a challenge

Test Engineer/MIS

Airlink101® is seeking a full time test engineer that is a self-motivated and intelligent individual.


  • Responsibilities:
  •  
  • Product qualification testing and PC System setup
  • Create test plan and provide detailed bug analysis and bug report
  • Conduct competitor product testing and analysis
  • Provide technical assistance for sales team, tech support / RMA team and customers
  • Provide internal MIS support relating to e-mail, PC system, printer, and driver issues

  • Requirements:
  •  
  • BSEE or BSCE degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in hardware/software testing, field application in networking, router, wireless, multimedia field
  • Strong knowledge of PC system
  • Experience in industry standards including, but not limited to, WHQL, USB, WMV, MPEG2/4, AVI, JPEG
  • Experience in networking including PPPoE, PPTP, DHCP, NAT, Static Routing, WEP, WPA, PSK2, and firewall security
  • Experience in IP and Security Camera
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to win and able to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Be able to speak both Mandarin and English
