Airlink101 RMA Policy

A) All merchandise for returns must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) clearly printed on the returning box, please call (510)360-0811or Fax (510)360-0816 our RMA DEPT and request for the RMA Number. You can also go to http://www.airlink101.com/helpdesk/ In the Department field change it to RMA and create a ticket.

B) The following information must be provided to request an RMA number:

    1. Model/Item Number and Serial Number
    2. Detailed Reason for Return
    3. Invoice Date and Invoice Number

C) All merchandise for return must be shipped freight prepaid. Products need to be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance date. Please return item with a shipping company that uses a tracking number. Phoebe Micro will not be responsible for any lost items that can not be traced as delivered to Phoebe Micro.

D) Credit will be given as requested for items returned following the restocking fee schedule based on days from the original invoice. The restocking fee is the percentage off the original invoice. Credit will only be issued only of the return is of complete set and is in original packaging.

211-270 DAYS MINUS 75%
271-330 DAYS MINUS 85%
331-365 DAYS MINUS 95%
366+ DAYS NO CREDIT

G) Phoebe Micro is not responsible for damages as a result of improper usage of products by customer.

H) Regular shipping services for RMA is UPS Ground or of the same standard only. Express service will be provided at customers expense.

I) Phoebe Micro’s Limited 1 year warranty applies to items on part and one year for labor. There will be a charge for labor to repair the product after one year from the original date of purchase. The per hour labor rate is $50.

For End Users:

A) There will be no credit issued for End Users.

E) If you are a End User out side of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) , There is a shipping and handling charge to get the item replaced. Please call the RMA department for shipping rates.

H) 1 Year warranty is only available to End Users that purchased Airlinkl101 products form a certified reseller. The 1 year warranty is non transferable. If you purchased Airlink101 products from a private seller the warranty will be voided.
