I wanted to take the time to write you today regarding your products, specifically your AR670W Wireless N Router. I recently upgraded my Netgreat Wireless B to the AR670W and I am very pleased with it.
I have had many routers over the years, I have also done internet tech support for 11 of those years. I work for a VERY large cable internet provider based in the United States, and I am constantly doing my best to support their 3rd party routers. We tend to be getting a lot more calls lately regarding 3rd party router setup, as the majority of known router manufactures have started to charge for support. Obviously we don't support them officially, but 9 times out of 10 it's something simple we can correct over the phone, that would have cost them $20.00 from the router manufacture.
I just wanted to let you know that not only do I think you make a great product, I think it's great that you still offer free tech support. I actually made a call to your support, I admit it was a "Fake" issue, as I wanted to see just how supportive your team was. I called in stating that I was getting random page cannot be displayed, I had informed the tech that I had checked my provider, and direct connected and there was no issue that way. He was VERY polite, professional, and took me through a few steps, including refirmwaring the router. I told him I would call back after I had completed the firmware. He then informed me there was a ticket open based on my phone number, and to call back if it did not correct the issue.
Over all great expereince. I am asked several times a day, my personal opinion on the best router to purchase. I have now started to tell people that Airlink 101 is the way to go, if they want a great product, well priced and fantastic, FREE support.
I just wanted to pass that along to you folks, and tell you to keep up the great work!

I’ve been enjoying the AICN500W cameras I purchased a few months ago, I decided to grab a few more while they lasted.
Personally, I thought they’d be some kind of cheap crap because they were on sale so low (at my local Fry’s Electronics).
But when I got home and tried it out, whooee! What a picture. I have had cameras around my home for the last, oh.. 10 years. Right now I have eight different types covering the front of my home and by far the best picture and easiest to use has been this Wireless camera. Especially at NIGHT. People have got to see this to believe it.
Here are just a few of the many things I like about this
- It see as well (or better) than the naked eye. (normally cameras start having problems when it turns dusk, not this one!)
- It is configurable through wired or wireless
- The wireless will accept B or G AND will use WPA or WPA2 with TKIP – very strong encryption
- Bright lights don’t wash it out. Only in the tiny area where the light is showing.
- 640x480 resolution. Wow! I’m so used to 320xwhatever I’m amazed at the clarity difference
- 30 frames/sec. Again, I’ve been getting used to only having 10 or 15 frames/sec. It’s just like home video!
- The response time for the motion detection is almost instantaneous. I mean, less than 10ths of a second.
- Excellent built in lighting. Easily sees out to 30’ without any extra lighting IN COLOR! Additional lighting furthers that. It’s now 9pm, been dark for two hours and I can easily the details in my neighbor’s yard across the street. Trust me, that’s pretty damn amazing.
- No room/time to mention all the extra goodies and configurations you guys put in, you know them. I just really wanted to say thanks. I feel pretty confident I’ve purchased my last “Wired” camera.

I bought an Airlink 802.11G USB Adapter with +10dBi antenna, and hooked it up to my Mandriva Linux system.
I went to the "configure network" area and Mandriva recognized the ZD1211 chipset. I clicked the button to configure it, Mandriva installed the zd1211-firmware module, and it just worked.
My signal strength is now 94% and I have full download speed; on the old PCI card I could only get 26% strength and 20K bytes per second.
I'm very pleased with your product.

"Just wanted to share my positive experience with installing and configuring my 300N PCI adapter, purchased at Fry's Electronics. I replaced the AirLink101® 802.11g PCI adapter.
I am not a networking expert by any stretch, but I can follow directions. The entire installation process, both hardware and software, took about 10 minutes. The instructions were clear and concise.
And so much for my concern about compatibility with my Linksys Draft N router. The Airlink101 integrated perfectly the first time and the results are increased network speed and more reliability throughout my home. Music streams uninterrupted across the network from my shared iTunes library, and the speed is about 270Mb compared to 56 with the 802.11g PCI adapter.
Thanks for alleviating my anxiety about upgrading my network connectivity and I will definitely recommend AirLink101® to anyone who asks. Great VALUE!!!"

"I just wanted to inform you that I am an owner of an AIC250W camera and want to let you know about an operational success story.
I have had this camera for a couple years now and have it mounted on my home residence. It is protected from the elements, however it is outside. The last few days we have been experiencing the coldest weather in many years. The temperature last night fell to -35C and the camera is still operating. I am located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada."
Surprised and satisfied customer

"I have always been impressed with the AirLink101 products that I have purchased and used in the past. This is also true for many of my colleagues. Thus, I have been waiting anxiously for you Network Attached Storage Enclosure since you confirmed more than a year ago that you were working on one.
Today I purchased your ANAS350 Office NAS product. Let me say that this product has totally lived up to my expectations to date. The unit was totally operational within minutes of unpacking. I had activated MAC filtering on my network that only allowed specific MAC addresses to access the network. Once I turned that off, the network quickly found the NAS and I was able to quickly add the designated MAC address for the NAS to my permitted list. The filter is again on and I am running solidly.
The unit is quite quick for a 10/100Base-TX network system. Other units that I have purchased and attempted to use were considerably slower (more than 5X) and placed enormous demands on the network even when there was no file transfer occurring. The ANAS350 Office NAS even worked flawlessly with my notebook computer’s wireless connection. I look forward to fully implementing the unit as a file sharing and network storage solution as I plan my migration to a gigabit network. Do you have a Gigabit version in the works?"
Thank you for using Airlink101® products.
